Shedding your skin and becoming a new you isn’t easy – like so many worthwhile things in life. We’ll Bring you out of that comfort zone, where life truly begins and challenge you to do more while breaking that unhealthy cycle of thoughts or actions. Then, we’ll rebuild you to be more balanced and self-assured than ever before. All while giving you the support you need.

This isn’t just a one-hour-per-week thing – we don’t do superficial ‘flings’. We’ll be by your side until you see and feel the changes you want. Immersing you in proven ways to overcome your challenges is what we do.

We take the best bits we have learned. from the top coaches & therapists worldwide and come up with our own, completely new techniques. Including modern therapies such as F**K It therapy, DARE and our very own RAW Model. Yes, of course we use the classic cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) techniques where necessary, but leave it to us to find out what will work for you. That’s our job.

We go for training sessions at least once per quarter to keep our skills razor-sharp and relevant.
